English

Sorry (Amele!) I meant to do this yesterday…

#1:  Prefixes and Suffixes—Pick 10 of each, write the prefix (or suffix), what it means, and a word that uses it.

Example:   “un”      definition:  not   word:  unfinished

Cool?

#2:  For the Outsiders project, you need to write your reaction or thoughts relating to the poem “Nothing Gold can Stay” by Robert Frost.  Ponyboy recites this poem while watching the sunrise.  (Look it up on YouTube if you’d like to watch it!)  You can:  explain what it is about, tell if you agree or disagree with Robert Frost, explain why it fits the story, explain why it fits (or doesn’t fit) with your own life, etc. etc.  Basically, you can write whatever you’d like as long as it relates to the poem.  About a half page would be nice!

Also—you need to keep up with the chapter Q’s—we are now up to Chapter 8.
